With over 25 years of experience in Talent Development and a solid educational background, I've had the privilege of supporting the growth and development of American and international coaching clients from all walks of life, just like you. I've held several roles in Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Consulting, and I currently provide Executive and Leadership Coaching services to professionals, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders from various global organizations, as well as top-tier universities in the USA, including Yale, Vanderbilt, Georgetown, Michigan, and Rice.

 

Having worked for one of the world's premier luxury hotel chains, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, ingrained in me the importance of the highest level of professionalism. These principles continue to guide my coaching practice every single day. A dual citizen of the USA and Brazil, I am multilingual and coach clients in both English and Portuguese. I earned a Bachelor's in Communication from Universidade Catolica do Salvador, in Brazil, and a Master of Hospitality Management from the Conrad Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership at the University of Houston, USA.

 

The most daring turning point in my life was taking a leap of faith to transition from my corporate career to entrepreneurship in the coaching industry. This decision epitomized my unwavering commitment to helping people like you achieve your fullest potential. My passion is to empower professionals like you by helping you gain the clarity and the strength needed to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. 

 

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I'm a loving wife and mother of two young adults. I treasure moments spent with friends over good food and wine, love exploring the world through travel, and enjoy long nature walks with my beloved golden retriever. Your journey and aspirations are at the core of my practice, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
